A 2,5-days public online innovation jam with hands-on experience to solve real issues in the selected sector with innovative ideas. Participants will work in groups to solve selected challenges by following steps in the Human-Centered Design approach.

In this session, participants will be guided to solve problem focused on the SMEs sector, such as managing cash flow to keep business operation running during lockdown, finding new customers and expanding market, etc.
