Vocational Training Desaku Maju - Lampung Province
Innovesia collaborated with the Provincial Government of Lampung through Desaku Maju–GERCEP 2025 to strengthen rural innovation using Design Thinking. The program empowered communities to create over 170 business prototypes based on local potential.
To address the limited innovation capacity in rural areas, Innovesia collaborated with the Provincial Government of Lampung through Desaku Maju–GERCEP 2025, a vocational training program strengthened by a Design Thinking approach. The initiative was designed to help rural communities identify local challenges, explore untapped potential, and develop practical solutions rooted in their own village context.
Beyond skill development, the program empowered participants to shift from being program beneficiaries into active solution creators. By combining vocational capability, innovation mindset, and local resource exploration, Desaku Maju–GERCEP 2025 successfully generated over 170 business prototypes, creating a scalable foundation for sustainable rural economic growth across Lampung.
